6 yo Grace lent a hand collecting on Good Friday
A big thanks to the staff and customers of Foodworks Supermarket who contributed a massive $20,000.
Gisborne Scouts and fire fighters door knocked the town and raised $11,150.
Lt Peter Harry says the aim was to beat last year’s total by raising $10,000+.
“We collect on behalf of our town, with Scouts and Cubs lending a hand to door knock as many homes as possible, as it’s a cause that Gisborne CFA members are passionate about supporting every year.”
Gisbus kindly supported our collection by providing drivers and buses to help move our collectors around.
Football fans at Gardner Reserve watching the Gisborne vs Kyneton clash also contributed.
