CFA has announced that fire restrictions in the Macedon Ranges have now been lifted- as of Monday March 19.

The easing of restrictions comes early than anticipated due to recent rains and green growth.

The CFA says people will be able to conduct burn-offs in those regions without a permit once the restrictions are lifted.
